Aside from doing exercises that specifically target the abs, you’re probably doing some kind of aerobic training as well. However, if you want to burn more calories in less time, you should be doing interval training, where you alternate the level of difficulty so your body doesn’t get accustomed to a consistent pace. You can count on your metabolism staying high for a long time after the interval training has occurred which is good.
